Approved by the Dong Nai People Committee concerning the establishment of Joint Stock Company including IDICO Urban and House Development Investment Joint Stock Company (IDICO-UDICO), Vietnam Rubber Corporation and Tin Nghia o­ne –member Limited Company in order to invest the construction of Loc An – Binh Son Industrial Zone, Dong Nai Province. Project scale is 500ha. o­n 28 August 2007 three Parties hold a meeting including establishment shareholders to discuss about capital contribution to set up company and IDICO – UDICO contribute 20% of charter capital. At present the parties are proceeding business registration in order to deploy the Project.
